AtalBihari Vajpayee Central Library of Mahatma Gandhi Central University was established in the year 2016. The library has rich collection of books, journals and periodicals and serving users from 7 Schools and 20 Departments. Currently, with more than Twenty Six Thousand volumes of books, the library is providing access to scholarly information, research support and study facilities to the teaching and non-teaching staff, students and research scholars. The library is semi-automated and aims to be fully automated using SOUL software and Circulation Services will be executed through RFID System. These are also campus wise library facilities to provide better access of the resources to the students and faculty members within the campuses.

There is a well-equipped computer lab for the students with wi-fi facilities. The systems are equipped with various software required for engineering and other disciplines. The high speed internet connectivity is provided to access vast intellectual and academic resources. All e-books and material related to the study can be accessed through campus connectivity.

The School of Life Sciences and the School of Physical and Material Sciences have well equipped laboratory facilities. The departments such as Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology and Biotechnology have separate lab facilities with modern equipment and various researches are being conducted by the faculties and researchers.

The University has a fully furnished hostel for girls, equipped with round the clock electricity, Wi-Fi connection, entertainment facilities, geysers, coolers and best quality water purifiers etc. Reading rooms and additional sports facilities like table-tennis, chess and carom etc. are also available in the hostel. Hostel rooms are available on double occupancy.

University is committed to provide best possible health facility to the students. The University is providing the health insurance (VIDYARTHI-Mediclaim) for the students. Students can avail the health facilities and insurance covers up to 50000 of hospitalization. In any health emergency, Ambulance service is provided 24x7 to reach the nearest hospital.

The University has established a separate Carrier Council & Placement Cell with the purpose of providing essential information and guidance to the students of the various campuses for their training and placement. The Carrier Council & Placement Cell functions as a centre for career counselling and employment bureau.

A separate cell (SC/ST Cell) has been constituted in the University to take such follow up measures for achieving the objectives and targets laid down for the purpose by the Government of India and UGC. The cell provides the mechanism to register and address the complaint(s)/grievance(s) of SC/ST student(s).The University campus has got a substantially large numbers of students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) /Scheduled Tribes (ST) Category. Therefore, has established a Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes Cell to guide the SC& STstudents for their scholarships, fellowships, various government schemes and the provisions for their benefit and welfare.

The University has a full-fledged Internal Complain Committee & Women Cell in the Campus that has been performing the role of providing help and guidance to the staff members and female students of the various campuses to address their concerns and complaints.

For the mental and physical development of the students, Sports is a very important component. The University provides excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities for almost all major games such as basketball, volley ball, table tennis, chess, carom, cricket, badminton and football etc. University students are regularly participating in the interuniversity tournaments by availing these facilities and training.

The University provides the facility of gymnasium (Veer Hanuman Vyayamshala) to keep students fit and healthy. The Gym is equipped with necessary equipment for all round development of the students.The location of the gymnasium at Gandhi Bhawan Campus provide more value as various sports grounds and running tracks are located at the same venue.

The Cultural Council consists of a Chairman, Coordinator and members under the leadership of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor.The Cultural Council is responsible for the promotion of literary and cultural values among the students through various cultural programmes and competitions from time to time. The various programmes includes Poetry, Music, Dance, Painting, Debate, Acting, Singing, Story and Essay Writings, etc.

The father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was of the view that "the first duty of the students should be, not to treat their period of study as one of the opportunities for indulgence in the intellectual luxury, but for preparing themselves for final dedication in the service of those on whose back they were resting." He expected of the students to do" something positive so that the life of the villagers might be raised to a higher material and moral level." The NSS Unit of the University help students to develop leadership skills, and social awareness. The activities undertaken under the National Service Scheme (NSS) includes environmental enrichment and conservation, health, family welfare and nutrition programmes; awareness creation programmes for the rights and status of women; works like rodent control and pest management; weed control, soil testing and soil health care; promotion of co-operative societies; non formal education; and assistance to local authorities in relief and rehabilitation work during the natural calamities and natural emergencies. These activities are done by an NSS unit throughout the academic session under Normal activities programme during the prescribed period of 120 hours of social service.

University is providing the transport facility for the students and staff. The University owns four buses to carry students for field visitsand from hostels to concerned academic campuses. University also provides transportation facilities for the academic tour of the students. The University buses on certain timings roam around the city to pic and drop the students to their respective destinations.

University is also providing the banking facilities and has ATM Facility in the ChanakyaParisar Campus. Students and Staffs of various schools are able to use the ATM at any time within the campus premises.
